	1,000 Biz Perks bonus points will be awarded after the third rental using your company's CD#. All 3 rentals must take place during the first year of membership. Please allow up to 12 weeks for Biz Perks points to be awarded. Unlimited mileage (geographic driving restrictions may apply) in all corporate Continental USA locations and major Canadian airport locations. Some Licensee locations may have capped mileage on specific car types. Additional driver fee included when renting on company business. Does not apply to leisure rentals. Underage driver fee included for renters 21-24 years of age when renting on company business. Does not apply to leisure rentals. Renter must be 21 years of age, unless mandated by law. Program applies to all U.S. locations only. Maximum rental period is 28 days. Rental rates do not include commissions, taxes, refueling, other optional items or applicable fees, including, but not limited to, airport access fees, airport concession fees, vehicle license fees, consolidated facility fees or charges, or transportation charges. The terms and conditions of the Affordable rental agreement apply at time of rental, unless otherwise stated herein. All benefits are void if rental agreement is violated. Rates are non-commissionable.
